Roof repair
Fix the leak, not the whole roof
Most leaks are small and local. We find where the water gets in, photograph it for you, and repair that spot. If the roof is past repair, the report says so and shows why.

Where roofs leak
Usually a part, not the whole roof
Flashing
Where the roof meets a wall, chimney or skylight. The usual source of a leak.
Vent boots and pipes
Rubber boots crack in the sun and let water run down the pipe.
Lifted or missing shingles
After wind, a few shingles can lift. We replace and reseal them.
Gutters and downspouts
Hail dents them and the seams pull apart. We fix or replace the run.
About leaks and repairs
Can a leak be fixed without a new roof?
Often. Leaks come from flashing, a vent boot or a few lifted shingles more often than from the whole roof. The written report says which it is.
Do you do emergency tarping?
If water is coming in, call and tell us. We can talk you through what to protect indoors, and we tarp or patch as soon as the schedule and the weather allow. We do not promise a time before we hear the details.
Will a repair match the rest of the roof?
Shingles weather, so a new patch can look different for a while. We tell you what we can match before we start.
Water coming in?
Call, or text a photo of the stain with your address. We tell you what to protect indoors and when we can come.
