Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use a form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, street address, the date of the storm if you give it, and your message. If you text us photos, we receive the photos and your number. We do not ask which insurer you have.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to set up an inspection and to write your report and estimate. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to send advertising you did not ask for.

Who can see it

The people at Trujillo Roofing who answer and schedule. The services that host this site and deliver your message to us can process it for that purpose only. We share it with others only if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you text us, we reply to the same number about your roof. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection reports and contracts as long as we need them for the job and the warranty. Messages that lead to no job are deleted when you ask.

Your choices
